Job Description

Do you have experience in security technical project management and want to help shape the future security solutions for our customers? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Securitas is now looking for a market-oriented project manager in Sundsvall. You will primarily work in Medelpad, but projects in Jämtland and Hälsingland may also occur. The position is a new local initiative – which means you will have a unique opportunity to put your own stamp on the role and build up the work and customer relationships in the region. You will be part of an engaged team with 12 colleagues in Region North's technical department.

As a project manager, you will be the hub between technology and the customer. You will work on developing technical security solutions, budgeting, procurement, and ensuring and quality-assuring the projects that are carried out. You combine your technical expertise with a business focus and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to create comprehensive solutions that make a difference.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Be the technical expert internally against, among others, the sales organization and externally against customers and subcontractors.
• Develop technical specifications and solution proposals.
• Participate in project deliveries and ensure quality and economy.
• Prepare budget quotes and tenders.
• Set requirements and procure subcontractors.
• Establish project, time, and quality plans.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in the security industry (project management, technology, sales, or equivalent).
• Knowledge in project planning and budgeting.
• Technical education at least at the high school level or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• Project management in contracting.
• Qualified engineer in burglary, fire, or CCTV.
• Experience in procurement and/or contract law.
• Knowledge of networks and IT platforms.
• Leadership experience.

Personal Qualities

As a person, you have the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adaptively to different target groups. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and see opportunities where others see problems. Your strong communication skills enable you to reach out whether you work independently or in a team. Even in a day with many parallel projects, you manage to maintain structure and work methodically.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies, Unionen, and Ledarna.
